Specialist Training for Plumbing & Heating Engineers
We offer focused, practical plumbing courses for qualified plumbers and heating engineers. Our courses help you stay compliant, build confidence and add regulated services to your work. We don’t teach basic plumbing skills. Instead, we teach the specific knowledge you need to work safely and legally in specialist areas.
Our training centre currently runs two one-day courses:
Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems (G3)
This course suits plumbers and heating engineers who want to install, service or maintain vented and unvented domestic hot water systems. You will learn how the systems work, the key safety features and your legal responsibilities. The course follows Approved Document G3 of the Building Regulations, so you finish with the knowledge you need to work to current standards.
Legionella Risk Assessment & Control
This course teaches you how to assess and control the risk of Legionella in public environments. You will learn how Legionella develops, how to carry out a proper risk assessment and what steps help keep water systems safe. It gives you the practical skills you need to meet current health and safety guidance.
