A Structured 40-Day Foundation Course
Our Gas Foundation Course runs over 40 days, giving you enough time to gain real experience and absorb essential knowledge. Throughout the course, our team offers ongoing support and guidance to help you progress at a steady pace. By the end of your training, you will have completed all required off-site learning. This will put you in a strong position to move straight into your ACS Gas Assessments at Gas Training UK Ltd. After passing your ACS, you can apply for Gas Safe Registration.

We also help you create a strong candidate portfolio. This record includes all your on-the-job and off-the-job training and proves your growing experience. Because this portfolio is essential for progressing to ACS assessment, we guide you through it step by step to ensure everything meets industry requirements.
Your Route to ACS and Gas Safe Registration
Once you complete the Gas Foundation Course and finish your portfolio, you will receive a Gas Foundation Certificate. With this certificate, you can take your ACS gas assessments at Gas Training UK Ltd and move forward on the path to becoming a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Approved Prior Learning
This course is designed for people already working in the gas and plumbing industry who hold a nationally recognised qualification in plumbing or associated trade. A reduction in course duration can be applied by cross referencing qualifications already held and onsite experience gained within the previous three years.
